To brew boffee, we knew we would need a french press.
Why?
Because I really doubted that my mother would appreciate beer foaming out the top of her cheapy cuisanart burner/brewer/coffeeruiner.
Where as with french press, I could just blast the little thing with urnex and that would be that.
Plus the whole beauty of being able to watch the brewing process, and having more control.
