me and my friend need to know if you need a permit because were going to put flyers on car. where going to put them on cars at the community pool, JP’s Coffee, and cvs. please help!!!!

That would depend on your local/community ordinances.
Contact your City Hall and ask.

Don’t do it. First of all, nobody wants flyers on their car. Second of all, some people would get really angry if they caught you doing that. And it is illegal in some areas.
